A high will direct a wintry mix of gusty showers, strong to damaging winds, high ground snow & a cold day. A few snow flurries may even reach the Blue Mountains. Unstable air and onshore winds may trigger showers over northeast NSW & eastern Qld, & Southern WA.

A gusty SW'ly airstream will surge behind a front & low, keeping SE AUS cold, showery & windy, with strong to damaging winds & snow falling across the Alps. Onshore winds will bring showers to coastal north Qld, & southern SA & WA, while a high keeps windy but dry.

Unstable, moist onshore winds will bring a few showers & the odd storm to north Qld’s. A broad high pressure system will push showers into parts of Tas, Vic & southern WA & SA, while maintaining breezy conditions across the southeast, north & interior.
