A monsoon trough and very moist easterly winds will bring storms and heavy rain to the northern tropics, intense over Qld’s northeast coast. Deepening troughs will draw heat over inland AUS while causing showers and storms, some intense, to scatter across the eastern seaboard.

A tropical low will bring intense rainfall to northeast Qld, with showers and storms across the northern tropics. A deep trough over eastern AUS triggers rain and intense storms over NSW, Qld’s south and Vic’s east. Intensifying heat for inland WA as a trough broadens in the west

Intense rainfall will ease over northeast Qld as a tropical low weakens. Showers and storms will persist across the northern tropics. Showers and the odd storm for eastern NSW and southeast Qld in a weakening trough. Intense heat in WA will spread into SA as a heat trough expands

Heat, showers and storms for WA’s north and central west as a broad trough begins to form a low pressure centre in the northwest. The deepening trough will cause heat to intensify in SA, Vic and western parts of Qld and NSW. Moist winds over eastern Qld and NSW bring showers.

Intense heat, showers and storms for WA with a heat low and a broad trough. Intense heat will build over SA, NSW and Vic as the trough continues to extend eastward, which could also trigger the odd thunderstorm over eastern Vic. Showers and storms for the northern tropics.
