A low will cause flooding rain in Qld's north. Tropical Cyclone Hayley will weaken as it crosses WA's far north but still cause heavy rain & strong winds. Hayley will combine with a high & maintain dry, gusty, winds in WA's west. A front will cool & help trigger storms in NSW.

Ex-Tropical Cyclone Hayley is causing rain and thunderstorms over northeast WA and the NT Top End. A low is generating flooding rain and storms in Qld's north. A trough is bringing showers and thunderstorms, some intense, to southern Qld, northern and eastern NSW and the ACT.

Tropical lows will bring scattered showers & storms to the northern tropics, with heavy rain over northern Qld. A trough will trigger showers and storms over southern Qld & about the NSW ranges. A high will keep much of Vic, Tas and SA dry, with hot temps for WA's west and south.

Showers and storms, some intense, will scatter across Tas, Vic, NSW and southern Qld in an active trough. Showers and storms will scatter across the tropics, heavy in Qld in moist, unstable, monsoonal air. Heat will spread across WA into central AUS while a high keeps SA dry.

Showers & storms, some intense, will occur in Tas, Vic, NSW & Qld's south in an active trough. Showers & storms will scatter across the tropics, heavy in Qld in moist, unstable, monsoonal air. Heat will spread across inland WA, central Australia & inland SA in expanding troughs.
