Saturday 09:30 z

Rain is spreading from northwest WA to the Nullarbor, across SA to Tas, western Vic & far western NSW as moisture is drawn ahead of a front. Winds ahead of the front are strong in Tas & Vic. A high is clearing WA's southwest. Showery onshore winds for coastal northern NSW & Qld.

Saturday 09:30 z

A front will generate blustery winds & rain in SA, Tas, Vic & southwest NSW & patchy rain in WA's east & north. Showery onshore winds will affect the coasts of Qld & northern NSW. A high will clear WA's south before another front causes wind to strengthen in far SW WA later.

Sunday 09:30 z

A cold front & preceding unstable air will bring blustery winds, showers & isolated storms to WA's far south & centre. A high will cause wind to ease & most showers to clear in SA, Tas, Vic & southern NSW in the wake of a front. Isolated showers for coastal Qld in onshore winds.

Monday 09:30 z

Rain & storms will scatter across WA due to a trough & front which will bring a blustery cold change to the southwest. Rain & a few storms will also scatter across SA, & isolated showers for Tas, Vic & western NSW in moist, unstable air. Showery winds on the eastern seaboard.

Tuesday 09:30 z

Rain & a few storms will continue to scatter across WA, SA, Tas, Vic & into southwest NSW due to a slow-moving low. The low will also bring strong winds to WA's far south. Onshore winds will bring further showers to the coasts of Qld & northern NSW. A high will keep elsewhere dry

Wednesday 09:30 z

Rain & storms, some heavy, will persist in WA's south, SA, Tas, Vic & SW NSW due to a slow-moving low. The low should also maintain strong winds in WA's south. Showers on the Qld coast & the NT's Top End will become isolated as onshore winds ease. A high will keep elsewhere dry.

Thursday 09:30 z

Rain & a few storms are likely in the NT's south, SA, Tas, Vic, western NSW & far SW Qld due to a slow-moving low. Strong showery winds are likely to persist in WA's south, to the west of the low. Just isolated showers for the NE tropics in moist easterly winds.
