A trough is bringing showers & storms to WA's interior & south, some intense. A front is bringing brisk winds & showers to SA, Tas & Vic. Moist, unstable southeasterly winds are bringing showers & the odd storm to northeast NSW, eastern & far northern Qld, & the NT Top End.

Winds will tend more onshore & strengthen along the eastern seaboard, bringing further showers. Showers & storms will affect the northern tropics, WA's south & SA's far west as moist air feeds troughs. A high will clear much of Vic & Tas & keep most of SA & central Australia dry.

Showers will continue to scatter along the eastern seaboard in fresh, gusty onshore winds. Rain & a few storms will scatter across the Nullarbor & SA's south ahead of a front. The front will bring brisk winds & showers to WA's south. Showers & storms for the tropical north.

A front will draw patchy rain & storms across the south, mainly Tas & Vic. Showers on the eastern seaboard will become confined to NSW's north & Qld as onshore winds ease further south. A few storms in the northern tropics & inland WA in troughs. A high will keep the interior dry
