A potential tropical cyclone nears the northwest WA coast, bringing high winds, heavy rain & storms to the Kimberley. A low-pressure system from the NT to central Qld brings storms. Southerlies drive showers to north NSW & southeast Qld, while very hot N'ly winds affect the SE.

A potential tropical cyclone over NW WA brings heavy rain, damaging winds & possible flooding. A tropical low NW of Qld triggers showers & storms in the Top End & north Qld. Low pressure over north SA & inland NSW triggers storms through southern Qld.
