Monsoon flow over the northern tropics, along with a low near the NT-Qld border & TC Hayley will bring heavy rain & storms. An unstable airmass will trigger showers & storms for northern WA and NSW and southern Qld. Hot N'ly winds for SA, Vic & the interior ahead of a cool change

Wednesday 10:30 z
A deep low will continue to drive heavy rain & storms over north Qld while TC/Ex-TC Hayley will affect the Kimberley. Unstable air over WA & the interior will spread east, bringing storms to the southern NT, Qld & NSW. Cool & showery for Tas, Vic & southern NSW behind a front.

Thursday 10:30 z
Monsoonal flow and embedded lows will continue to drive rain & storms across the north, heaviest over Qld. Hot NE'ly winds developing over southern WA. Warm E'lies for SA & the interior. Post-frontal S'ly winds and a high will keep it cooler & showery over Tas, Vic & eastern NSW.

Friday 10:30 z
Tropical lows & monsoonal flow will maintain rain, showers & storms over the northern tropics, heaviest over Qld & the Kimberley. Unstable air will also bring showers & storms to southern WA & the NT, NSW & southern Qld. Heat will push into SA & inland NSW. Cool & stable for Tas.

Saturday 10:30 z
Showers and storms persisting for the northern tropics with the monsoon and unstable low pressure areas, the latter extending into southern NT, southern QLD and parts of NSW, SA and Vic. Warm for NSW and Vic in N'ly winds. Hot for southern WA ahead of a cooler change.

Sunday 10:30 z
An unstable area of low pressure will shift east, bringing widespread rain and storm to the NT, Qld, NSW and possibly Vic. Wet season showers & storms persisting for the northern tropics. Dry and hot for much of WA but cooler in the southwest and for SA, Vic & Tas behind changes.
