Saturday 09:30 z

Rain is spreading from northwest WA to the Nullarbor, across SA to Tas, western Vic & far western NSW as moisture is drawn ahead of a front. Winds ahead of the front are strong in Tas & Vic. A high is clearing WA's southwest. Showery onshore winds for coastal northern NSW & Qld.

Saturday 09:30 z

A front will generate blustery winds & rain in SA, Tas, Vic & southwest NSW & patchy rain in WA's east & north. Showery onshore winds will affect the coasts of Qld & northern NSW. A high will clear WA's south before another front causes wind to strengthen in far SW WA later.

Sunday 09:30 z

A cold front & preceding unstable air will bring blustery winds, showers & isolated storms to WA's far south & centre. A high will cause wind to ease & most showers to clear in SA, Tas, Vic & southern NSW in the wake of a front. Isolated showers for coastal Qld in onshore winds.

Monday 09:30 z

A low-pressure system will bring rain and showers to the southern half of WA, SA, Vic and Tas. Meanwhile, onshore winds around a high should bring isolated showers to eastern Qld and northeast NSW. Mostly dry elsewhere under ridges of high pressure.

Tuesday 09:30 z

A slow-moving low-pressure system should bring rain and gusty winds to SA, Vic and Tas. Onshore winds should bring showers to coastal parts of Qld and NSW along with storms for southern coastal WA, while conditions remain mostly dry elsewhere under a ridge of high pressure.

Wednesday 09:30 z

A slow-moving low pressure system & front should bring rain to western NSW, southern NT, Vic & Tas & cold, gusty showers for southern SA & WA. Onshore winds should bring showers to eastern Qld, northeast NSW & NT's Top End. Mostly dry elsewhere under ridges of high pressure.

Thursday 09:30 z

A slow-moving low pressure system & front should bring rain to central NT, southwest Qld, inland NSW, Vic & Tas while cold gusty onshore winds brings showers for southern SA & WA. Onshore winds also bring isolated showers to eastern Qld, far northeast NSW & NT's Top End.
