Tropical low 12U is bringing gusty showers and storms to north Qld. Tropical moisture and a broad region of low pressure is bringing showers and storms to the NT's north and WA's north. A trough will cross Vic bringing dry storms and damaging to locally destructive winds.

Tropical low 12U over north Qld will bring brisk winds, heavy rain and thunderstorms to the region. A few storms are likely around north WA and the Top End. Onshore winds will bring coastal showers to Qld, Vic and Tas. Brisk winds will affect coastal parts of SA, Tas, Vic, NSW.

Sunday 10:30 z
Tropical low 12U will persist over northern Qld bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms to the region. Storms are likely to develop about far northern WA and the Top End. A few storms may develop over eastern NSW and southern WA later in the day. Elsewhere it will remain dry.

Monday 10:30 z
Tropical low 12U will persist bringing heavy rain, brisk winds and storms to central/east Qld. Afternoon showers and storms are likely across the Top End and far north WA. A few storms may form over eastern NSW and southern/central WA.

Tuesday 10:30 z
Low pressure will remain over central Qld with heavy rain and thunderstorms persisting over central and eastern parts of the State. Onshore winds will bring showers to eastern NSW and southern WA. Strong southeasterly winds expected for southern WA.

Wednesday 10:30 z
Low pressure will persist across northern Australia bringing showers and thunderstorms across a large part of Qld and the Top End. A trough extending over southeast Australia will bring showers and storms to eastern Vic and SE NSW. Dry and rather windy across WA.

Thursday 10:30 z
A broad area of low pressure will remain across the north of Australia bringing showers and thunderstorms, particularly to the north and east of Qld. Brisk onshore winds will bring showers and the odd storm to eastern NSW, Vic and Tas. Dry and breezy in most other places.
