As this flow moves downstream, a near minor flood peak is possible Wednesday morning at Coraki. At Ballina, minor flooding is possible late Tuesday evening with the arrival of upstream flows and the high tide. Rainfall has eased, and no further heavy rainfall is expected. Richmond River: Minor flooding is possible at Coraki and Ballina. The Richmond River at Coraki is currently at 2.20 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Richmond River at Coraki may peak near the minor flood level (3.40 m) Wednesday morning. The Richmond River at Ballina (Burns Point) is currently at 1.88 m and rising, below the minor flood level. The Richmond River at Ballina (Burns Point) may peak near the minor flood level (2.00 m) Tuesday evening. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
