Upstream of Barham, peaks below the minor flood level are expected along the Murray River at Echuca and Torrumbarry over the weekend. Murray River downstream of Tocumwal to Barham: Minor flooding is possible at Barham. The Murray River at Barham is currently at 5.24 m and rising slowly, below the minor flood level. The Murray River at Barham may peak near the minor flood level (5.50 m) overnight Sunday into Monday. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates.
