Issued at 8:17 pm Saturday, 13 December 2025. Severe thunderstorms have eased across New South Wales. Weather Situation An upper-level trough combined with a warm and unstable airmass to produce severe thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening. cancellation of severe thunderstorm warning for the following areas: Hunter, Metropolitan, Central Tablelands, North West Slopes and Plains, Central West Slopes and Plains and Upper Western Severe thunderstorms have eased. This warning is now cancelled. Isolated thunderstorms are continuing about the Upper Western, North West Slopes and Plains, Hunter and Snow Mountains at time of issue and may redevelop over the northeast of the state this evening. Further severe thunderstorms may occur this evening. Severe thunderstorm warnings will be issued if required. Other warnings may be current.
