Further rainfall is forecast over the catchment for the next few days. The situation is being closely monitored and warnings will be issued as required. A Flood Watch is current for parts of the Top End, Barkly, Tanami and Sturt Creek Districts. Waterhouse River: Flooding is no longer expected along the Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge. The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge is currently at 7.24 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level (7.70 m). Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
