FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT HUNGERFORD
River levels along the lower Paroo River at Hungerford fell below the minor flood level overnight Thursday.
No significant rainfall has been recorded in the last 7 days across the Paroo River catchment (Qld). No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.
A Minor Flood Warning remains current for the Paroo River in NSW.
Paroo River downstream of Eulo:
Flooding is no longer occurring along the lower Paroo River downstream of Eulo to Hungerford.
The Paroo River at Hungerford is currently at 0.94 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Paroo River at Hungerford is expected to remain below the minor flood level (1.00 m).

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
