Flooding is no longer expected along the Johnstone River at McAvoy Bridge, Mourilyan Mill and Innisfail Wharf. Forecast showers and thunderstorms over the next few days are not expected to significantly affect river levels. North Johnstone: Minor flooding is no longer expected along the North Johnstone River. The North Johnstone River at McAvoy Bridge is currently at 1.00 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The North Johnstone River at McAvoy Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level (5.00 m). South Johnstone: Minor flooding is no longer expected along the South Johnstone River. No observations are currently available for the South Johnstone River at Mourilyan Mill. The South Johnstone River at Mourilyan Mill is expected to remain below the minor flood level (8.00 m). Johnstone River: Minor flooding is no longer expected along the Johnstone River. No observations are currently available for the Johnstone River at Innisfail Wharf. The Johnstone River at Innisfail Wharf is expected to remain below the minor flood level (5.00 m). Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
