MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT BOWEN PUMP STATION
Moderate rainfall was recorded in the Don River Catchment overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. River level rises are occurring with a minor flood peak expected at Bowen Pump Station on Wednesday afternoon. Further rises are possible with forecast rainfall.
Don River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Don River at Bowen Pump Station.
The Don River at Bowen Pump Station is currently at 3.30 m and rising, with minor flooding.
The Don River at Bowen Pump Station is likely to peak around 3.70 m during Wednesday afternoon, with minor flooding. The river may remain above the minor flood level (2.50 m) into early Thursday.

Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
