Currently the flood peak is approaching Cecil Plains along the Upper Condamine River. As this flow moves downstream, moderate flooding is possible along the Lower Condamine River at Loudoun Bridge. Condamine River downstream of Oakey Creek to Cotswold: Moderate flooding likely at Condamine River downstream of Oakey Creek to Cotswold. The Condamine River at Loudoun Bridge is currently at 3.25 m and rising, below the minor flood level. The Condamine River at Loudoun Bridge is expected to reach around the minor flood level (6.00 m) overnight Wednesday into Thursday. The river is likely to exceed the moderate flood level (7.00 m) Thursday afternoon. Further rises are likely as upstream flows arrive. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs.
