Severe Thunderstorm Warning
for Damaging Winds And Large Hailstones
for parts of North West Pastoral and West Coast districts.

Isolated severe thunderstorms in the far west of the state.
Weather Situation
A moist and unstable airmass combines with a trough in the far west of the state to produce isolated severe thunderstorms this evening.
DAMAGING WINDS and LARGE HAILSTONES for the following areas:
West Coast and North West Pastoral
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds and possible large hailstones in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Maralinga, Oak Valley and Cook.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
The next warning is due to be issued by 10:05 pm.
