MINOR FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT CORRA LINN
Flooding is no longer expected along the North Esk River at Corra Linn, where river levels are peaking just below the minor flood level during early Saturday afternoon.
Rainfall has eased and no further significant rainfall is expected over the next few days.
Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn:
Minor flooding is no longer expected along the Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn.
The North Esk River at Corra Linn is currently at 2.64 m and peaking, just below the minor flood level (2.70 m).
The North Esk River at Corra Linn is expected to remain below the minor flood level.
Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
