Minor flooding is occurring along the Kiewa River at Bandiana and Kiewa. No further significant rain is forecast for the catchment. A Flood Watch is current for parts of North West, Central and North East Victoria. Kiewa River downstream of Mongans Bridge: Minor flooding is occurring along the Kiewa River at Bandiana and Kiewa. The Kiewa River Channel at Kiewa is currently at 3.34 m and steady, with minor flooding. The Kiewa River Channel at Kiewa is likely to remain above the minor flood level (3.30 m) during Wednesday 26 August. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive. The Kiewa River at Bandiana is currently at 2.95 m and steady, with minor flooding. The Kiewa River at Bandiana is expected to remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) into Thursday 27 August.
