The river level is expected to fall below the minor flood level by early Wednesday afternoon. Ovens River downstream of Rocky Point: Minor flooding is easing slowly along the Ovens River at Wangaratta. The Ovens River at Wangaratta is currently at 11.92 m and falling slowly, just above the minor flood level. The Ovens River at Wangaratta is expected to fall below the minor flood level (11.90 m) late Wednesday morning or early afternoon.
