Renewed river level rises are possible with forecast rainfall over the weekend. A Flood Watch is current for parts of North and North East Victoria, including the Loddon catchment. Loddon River Loddon Weir to Kerang: Minor flooding is occurring along the Loddon River from Loddon Weir (TW) to Kerang. The Loddon River at Appin South is currently at 2.95 m and steady, with minor flooding. The Loddon River at Appin South is likely to remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) for the next few days. Renewed rises are possible with forecast rain. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates.
