Further upstream, a second flood peak is downstream of Loddon Weir (TW), where minor flooding has eased. Renewed rises are expected at Appin South as this second flood peak arrives early this week. Loddon River Laanecoorie to Loddon Weir: Minor flooding has eased at Loddon Weir (TW). Loddon River Loddon Weir to Kerang: Minor flooding is occurring along the Loddon River from Loddon Weir (TW) to Kerang. The Loddon River at Appin South is currently at 2.93 m and steady, with minor flooding. The Loddon River at Appin South is likely to remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) for the next few days. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates.
