MINOR FLOODING EASING AT KIALLA WEST
Moderate rainfall over the past week across the Seven and Castle Creeks catchment has resulted in creek level rises. Minor flooding is easing at Kialla West.
Castle Creek:
Creek levels are elevated along the Castle Creek.
Seven Creeks to Euroa:
Minor flooding no longer occurring at Euroa.
The Seven Creeks at Euroa is currently at 2.23 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Seven Creeks at Euroa is expected to remain below the minor flood level (2.50 m).
Seven Creeks downstream of Euroa:
Minor flooding is easing at Kialla West.
The Seven Creeks at Kialla West peaked at 4.77 m around 02:00 am Sunday 5 July, with minor flooding. The creek is currently at 4.68 m and steady, with minor flooding.
The Seven Creeks at Kialla West is likely to fall below the minor flood level (4.50 m) overnight Sunday into Monday.
