FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT MCCALLUMS
Moderate to heavy rainfall observed across the Mitta Mitta River catchment since Sunday afternoon led to river and creek level rises across the catchment. Along Tallangatta Creek at McCallums, minor flooding is no longer occurring.
Tallangatta Creek:
Minor flooding is no longer occurring along Tallangatta Creek at McCallums.
Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
