The first peak is now approaching Autumnvale. As this peak move downstream, minor flooding is possible at Thargomindah from overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. The second peak is upstream around Milroy, which will approach the Bulloo River at Quilpie during Wednesday where renewed minor flooding is possible. Showers and thunderstorms remain possible for the next few days, which may lead to renewed river level rises and flooding. The situation is being closely monitored and this warning will be updated if necessary. Bulloo River to Quilpie: Renewed minor flooding possible at Quilpie. The Bulloo River at Quilpie is currently at 2.03 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Bulloo River at Quilpie may remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m) during Tuesday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive and the river may reach around the minor flood level (3.00 m) during Wednesday. Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie: Minor flooding is possible along the Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie. Minor flooding is occurring at Autumnvale. The Bulloo River at Thargomindah is currently at 3.65 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Bulloo River at Thargomindah may exceed the minor flood level (4.00 m) overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.
