Along the Thomson River, river levels have eased below the minor flood level at Jundah and no further flooding is expected. Thomson River: No further flooding is expected along the Thomson River. The Thomson River at Jundah is currently at 1.15 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The Thomson River at Jundah is expected to remain below the minor flood level (2.50 m). Cooper Creek: Minor flooding is easing at Windorah. Elevated creek levels and moderate flooding are expected to be occurring further downstream at Durham Downs. The Cooper Creek at Windorah was last observed Wednesday at 4.00 m and falling, with minor flooding. The Cooper Creek at Windorah may fall below the minor flood level (3.00 m) over the weekend. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs.
