Tuesday 10:30 z

Wednesday 10:30 z

TC Narelle will move off the northwest WA coast with heavy showers and strong winds. The monsoon will bring showers & storms to the far north tropics. A cold front generates showers over southern WA with storms over southeast Aus. An offshore low brings showers to the east coast.

Thursday 10:30 z

Tropical Cyclone Narelle near northwest WA and the monsoon will bring showers & storms to the northern tropics. Gusty showers & alpine snow may extend across southeast Aus and eastern NSW in a southerly flow. Instability over western & southern WA should bring showers and storms.

Friday 10:30 z

Rain and alpine snow for southeast Aus near an offshore low. Tropical Cyclone Narelle should approach northwest WA, bringing increased rain and wind. Instability further south may extend storms to western WA. High pressure should extend north, easing showers for the tropics.

Saturday 10:30 z

Tropical Cyclone Narelle could skirt along the western WA coast, bringing heavy rain, storms and damaging winds. An offshore low should bring heavy rain and strong winds to southeast Aus. The high may bring dry air to the north, clearing most showers from the tropics.
