Showers & storms, some intense, are scattering across central WA, northern SA, the NT, Qld & far northeast NSW in troughs. A high in the wake of a front is causing winds & showers to ease in southern NSW, Vic, Tas & SA. The high is also keeping southern WA dry.

An unstable airmass over central WA will bring showers & storms from western WA through the interior, NT and western Qld. Onshore winds around a high will bring showers across southern Vic, Tas and coastal NSW, while unstable onshore winds bring showers & storms to eastern Qld.

An unstable airmass around a low over eastern WA will bring showers and storms over southern and eastern WA, northern and western SA, the NT and Qld. Onshore winds feeding the unstable air will bring storms over eastern Qld. Onshore winds will bring showers over Vic and Tas.

An unstable airmass spreading over the NT & SA will generate widespread showers & storms across eastern WA, the NT, SA, and extend into the inland Qld and NSW. An approaching low could bring late showers to southwest WA. Onshore winds should bring showers to the parts of Tas.

An unstable airmass moving east will bring showers and storms across much of the northern tropics, eastern and southern Qld and NSW. A cold front approaching southeast Aus may also bring showers and storms to Vic and Tas. A weak low may bring showers and storms to southwest WA.

Unstable easterly winds should bring showers and storms across the northern tropics, east and central Qld and east and central NSW. Cold fronts may bring showers to Vic, Tas and southwest WA. An area of low pressure could bring a few showers and storms across west coastal SA.

Unstable onshore winds could maintain showers & storms across the northern tropics, eastern Qld & near coastal NSW. A low may also bring some storms to central & southern WA, western Vic & western NSW. onshore winds may bring showers to Tas & coastal southern & southwest WA.
