A deepening low pressure trough is bringing gusty showers & storms to WA while a weak trough and cold front brings patchy showers and some storms to SA, Vic & Tas. Humid easterlies around a high are feeding into unstable air over eastern Qld, bringing showers.

Showers & storms, some intense, will affect NSW & southeast Qld in unstable easterlies. Rain & storms, some intense, will scatter across southern and central WA as a trough and low deepens. The low will also bring gusty showers to southwest WA. Thundery showers for the tropics.

Rain & storms in WA will become isolated & reach SA's west as a trough weakens on its way east. Warm, gusty northerly winds will develop in SA, Tas, Vic, western NSW & the interior. Showers & storms over NSW, Qld & tropics will also become isolated as a trough weakens.

Showers & some storms, some intense, may scatter across the western deserts, Nullarbor, SA, Tas & later southern Vic as a deepening trough moves east. Warm winds may persist in the country's southeast & interior. Some showers & storms for eastern Qld & the northern tropics.
