A 115 km/h wind gust was recorded at Point Perpendicular (near Jervis Bay) at 4:23 pm. A 119 km/h wind gust was recorded more recently at Montague Island Lighthouse at 4:23 pm. A 130 km/h wind gust was recorded at Montague Island Lighthouse at 1:53 pm. A 118 km/h wind gust was recorded at Green Cape at 11:41 am. A 118 km/h wind gust was recorded at Mallacoota (Victoria) at 10:07 am. The State Emergency Service advises that people should: * Keep clear of fallen power lines. * Don't walk, ride or drive through flood water. * Keep clear of creeks and storm drains. * Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
