River level rises and minor flooding are possible along Victoria River at Kalkarindji from Friday morning with forecast rain. A Flood Watch is current for parts of the Top End. Upper Victoria River: Minor flooding is possible along Upper Victoria River at Kalkarindji. The Victoria River at Kalkarindji is currently at 1.14 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Victoria River at Kalkarindji may exceed the minor flood level (9.00 m) Friday morning with forecast rain. Victoria River between Armstrong River and Wattie Creek: River level rises are occurring along the Camfield River and the Victoria River between the Armstrong River and Wattie Creek. Victoria River between Battle Creek and Armstrong River: River level rise are occurring along the Victoria River between Battle Creek and the Armstrong River. Victoria River below Battle Creek: River level rises are occurring along the Victoria River downstream of Battle Creek. Further rises are expected at Victoria River Crossing over the next few days.
