Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, National Water Operations Minor Flood Warning For The Tully River Issued at 04:40 AM AEST on Tuesday 30 December 2025 Flood Warning Number: 3 MINOR FLOODING LIKELY AT EURAMO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING Moderate to heavy rainfall observed across the Tully River catchment has led to river level rises throughout the catchment. Further rainfall is forecast over the next few days. Minor flooding is likely at Euramo from early Tuesday morning. A Flood Watch and Severe Weather Warning are current. Tully River: Minor flooding is likely along the Tully River. The Tully River at Euramo is currently at 5.90 m and rising, just below the minor flood level. The Tully River at Euramo is likely to reach the minor flood level (6.00 m) early Tuesday morning. The river may remain around the minor flood level during Tuesday. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates. The situation can change quickly, so stay informed.
