Further downstream at Thargomindah, the river level is likely to exceed the minor flood level on Monday and may exceed the moderate flood level from Tuesday. Bulloo River to Quilpie: Minor flooding is slowly easing along the Bulloo River at Quilpie. The Bulloo River at Quilpie is currently at 3.77 m and falling, with minor flooding. The Bulloo River at Quilpie is likely to remain above the minor flood level (3.00 m) for the next few days. Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie: Moderate flooding is possible along the Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie. No observations are currently available for the Bulloo River at Thargomindah. The water level at Thargomindah was recorded at 3.44 m around 4:45 pm on Saturday and rising, below the minor flood level. The Bulloo River at Thargomindah is likely to exceed the minor flood level (4.00 m) during Monday. The river may exceed the moderate flood level (4.50 m) from Tuesday 24 February.
