Georgina River to Marion Downs: Minor flooding is easing at Marion Downs. The Georgina River at Marion Downs was at 3.55 m and falling slowly at 9:00 am Tuesday, with minor flooding. The Georgina River at Marion Downs may fall below the minor flood level (3.00 m) from overnight Wednesday into Thursday. Georgina River downstream of Marion Downs: River levels continue to fall along the Georgina River downstream of Marion Downs. Eyre Creek: Major flooding is slowly easing at Glengyle and moderate flooding is slowly easing at Bedourie. The Eyre Creek at Bedourie was at 4.67 m and falling slowly at 3:30 pm Tuesday, with moderate flooding. The Eyre Creek at Bedourie is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (4.00 m) over the next few days. The Eyre Creek at Glengyle is currently at 4.00 m and falling slowly, with major flooding. The Eyre Creek at Glengyle may remain around the major flood level (4.00 m) over the next few days.
