Issued at 11:01 pm Tuesday, 2 June 2026. Abnormally high tides for Gulf coasts. Weather Situation A deep low-pressure system to the southeast continues tracking eastwards towards Bass Strait, bringing strong to near gale-force westerly winds and elevated sea levels. cancellation of coastal hazard warning for the following areas: Adelaide Metropolitan, Mount Lofty Ranges, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula, Flinders, Mid North and Kangaroo Island This warning is now cancelled. The State Emergency Service advises the following: * You should never walk, ride or drive through floodwater. * Keep clear of creeks and storm drains. * Beware of debris on the road. * Continue to monitor conditions.
