FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT TAHUNE BRIDGE AND JUDBURY
FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT HUONVILLE
The Huon River at Tahune Bridge fell below the minor flood level Saturday afternoon, while river levels at Judbury fell below the minor flood level Saturday morning. Further downstream, river levels at Huonville are expected to remain below the minor flood level.
Further rainfall is forecast over the coming days, which may lead to renewed river level rises. The situation is being closely monitored, and the warning will be reissued if required.
Huon River above Tahune:
Flooding is no longer occurring along the Huon River at Harrisons Opening.
Huon River - Tahune to Judbury:
Flooding is no longer occurring along the Huon River at Tahune Bridge and Judbury.
The Huon River at Tahune Bridge peaked at 4.73 m around 09:00 am Saturday, with minor flooding. The river is currently at 1.79 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Huon River at Tahune Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m).
The Huon River at Judbury peaked at 4.03 m around 06:15 am Saturday, with minor flooding. The river is currently at 1.98 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Huon River at Judbury is expected to remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m).
Huon River around Huonville:
Flooding is no longer expected along the Huon River at Huonville.
The Huon River at Huonville peaked at 2.68 m around 02:45 pm Saturday, below the minor flood level. The river is currently at 1.77 m and rising.
The Huon River at Huonville is expected to remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m).

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
