Further rainfall is forecast over the next few days. The South Esk River at Fingal may peak around the minor flood level Wednesday evening. Renewed rises and further minor flooding are possible later in the week with forecast rainfall. South Esk River - Fingal to Llewellyn: Minor flooding is possible at Fingal Wednesday evening. The South Esk River at Fingal is currently at 3.22 m and rising, below the minor flood level. The South Esk River at Fingal may peak around the minor flood level (4.00 m) Wednesday evening. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs.
