Minor flooding is occurring at Seymour and may extend downstream to Shepparton from early Wednesday morning, as the flood peak arrives from upstream catchments. The situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as required. Yea River: Minor flooding is occurring along the Yea River at Yea GV Water PS. Sunday Creek: Minor flooding has eased along Sunday Creek at Tallarook. Goulburn River Lake Eildon to Seymour: Minor flooding is occurring along the Goulburn River at Seymour. Along the Goulburn River at Seymour, the river level was last observed Tuesday morning at 4.25 m, above the minor flood level (3.80 m). The Goulburn River at Seymour is likely to remain above the minor flood level (3.80 m) during Tuesday into Wednesday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive. Goulburn River Seymour to Shepparton: Minor flooding is possible along the Goulburn River at Shepparton. The Goulburn River at Shepparton is currently at 7.27 m and rising, below the minor flood level. The Goulburn River at Shepparton may exceed the minor flood level (9.50 m) early Wednesday morning. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
