The main flood peak is now downstream of Gowangardie Weir and approaching Orrvale, where moderate flood peak around 7.8 m is possible Wednesday evening. No further significant rainfall is forecast for the catchment for the next few days. Broken River downstream of Casey Weir: Moderate flooding is occurring along the Broken River downstream of Casey Weir. The Broken River at Orrvale is currently at 7.71 m and rising, with moderate flooding. The Broken River at Orrvale may peak around 7.80 m Wednesday evening, with moderate flooding. The river is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (7.20 m) until Thursday morning. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
