Further upstream, a second flood peak is approaching the Loddon Weir (TW) where minor flooding is occurring. Renewed rises are expected at Appin South as this second peak arrives next week. Loddon River Laanecoorie to Loddon Weir: Minor flooding is occurring along the Loddon River Laanecoorie to Loddon Weir (TW). The Loddon River at Laanecoorie Reservior (TW) is currently at 1.59 m and steady, with minor flooding. The Loddon River at Laanecoorie Reservior (TW) may fall below the minor flood level (1.50 m) overnight Friday into Saturday. Loddon River Loddon Weir to Kerang: Minor flooding is occurring along the Loddon River Loddon Weir (TW) to Kerang. The Loddon River at Appin South is currently peaking at 3.09 m, with minor flooding. The Loddon River at Appin South is likely to remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) across the weekend and into next week. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs.
