Minor flooding is occurring along the Kiewa River at Bandiana. Minor flooding is likely to develop at Kiewa from Tuesday afternoon. Rain is forecast to continue throughout Tuesday, which may result in further river level rises. A Flood Watch is current for parts of North West, Central and North East Victoria. Kiewa River downstream of Mongans Bridge: Minor flooding is occurring along the Kiewa River at Bandiana and likely to develop at Kiewa. The Kiewa River Channel at Kiewa is currently at 3.13 m and rising, below the minor flood level. The Kiewa River Channel at Kiewa is likely to exceed the minor flood level (3.30 m) Tuesday afternoon. The river may remain above the minor flood level (3.30 m) until Wednesday afternoon. Further rises are possible. The Kiewa River at Bandiana is currently at 2.90 m and steady, with minor flooding. The Kiewa River at Bandiana is expected to remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) until Wednesday afternoon. Further rises are possible.
