Further downstream, minor flooding is possible at Quambatook from Monday evening. Avoca River to Charlton Town: Near minor flooding is occurring at Charlton Town. The Avoca River at Charlton Town peaked at 6.39 m Thursday evening, with moderate flooding. The river is currently at 3.95 m and steady, just below the minor flood level. The Avoca River at Charlton Town may remain around the minor flood level (4.00 m) overnight Sunday into Monday. Avoca River downstream of Charlton Town: Minor flooding is possible at Quambatook. The Avoca River at Quambatook is currently at 0.99 m and rising, below the minor flood level. The Avoca River at Quambatook may exceed the minor flood level (2.00 m) from Monday evening.
