Minor flooding is occurring along the Broken River at Orrvale. No further significant rainfall is forecast for the catchment for the next few days to cause renewed river level rises. Broken River downstream of Casey Weir: Minor flooding is occurring along the Broken River at Orrvale. The Broken River at Orrvale is currently at 7.17 m and falling, with minor flooding. The Broken River at Orrvale may fall below the minor flood level (6.80 m) overnight Thursday into Friday. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates.
