Minor flooding is likely at Gleneagle Homestead from early Monday morning. Further showers and storms are forecast over the next few days, which may lead to further river level rises and flooding across the catchment. This warning will be updated as required. A Flood Watch is current for the Herbert River catchment and some adjoining catchments. Herbert River to Nash's Crossing: Minor flooding is likely at Gleneagle Homestead. No observations are currently available for the Herbert River at Gleneagle Homestead. Based on the nearby automatic gauge, the river level is expected to be below the minor flood level and rising slowly. The Herbert River at Gleneagle Homestead is likely to reach around the minor flood level (4.50 m) from early Monday morning. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.
