Forecast rain from late Saturday may cause rapid river rises, with the potential for significant flooding from Sunday. The situation will be closely monitored and this warning will be updated as required. Waterhouse River: Rapid river rises may develop along the Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge from Saturday with forecast rainfall. The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge is currently at 6.26 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge may exceed the minor flood level (7.70 m) overnight Saturday into Sunday. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.
