MINOR FLOOD RISK HAS NOW EASED AT EURAMO
No significant rainfall was recorded in the last 24 hours across the catchment. The Tully River at Euramo peaked overnight below the minor flood level.
Showers and thunderstorms are forecast for the next few days and may cause isolated renewed rises but are not expected to significantly affect river levels.
Tully River:
Minor flooding is no longer expected along the Tully River at Euramo.
The Tully River at Euramo is currently at 4.50 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Tully River at Euramo is expected to remain below the minor flood level during Tuesday.

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
