No significant rainfall was recorded in the catchment during the 24 hours to 9 am Sunday, and no significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days. Wonnangatta River: Minor flooding has eased along the Wonnangatta River at Waterford. Mitchell River to Glenaladale: Minor flooding has eased along the Mitchell River at Glenaladale. The Mitchell River at Glenaladale is currently at 2.75 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The Mitchell River at Glenaladale is expected to remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m). Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs.
