Initial Minor Flood Warning For The Lower Condamine River

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT LOUDOUN BRIDGE FROM THURSDAY EVENING
Moderate to heavy rainfall over the past few days has caused river level rises along the Upper Condamine River and its tributaries. As this flow arrives from upstream, minor flooding may occur along the Lower Condamine River at Loudoun Bridge from Thursday evening.
No significant rainfall is forecast over the catchment for next few days.
Condamine River downstream of Oakey Creek to Cotswold:
Minor flooding may occur along the Condamine River downstream of Oakey Creek to Cotswold.
The Condamine River at Loudoun Bridge is currently at 5.63 metres and rising, below the minor flood level (6.00 m).
The Condamine River at Loudoun Bridge may reach the minor flood level (6.00 m) from Thursday evening.
