MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE AT NINDIGULLY FROM OVERNIGHT WEDNESDAY
 MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT THALLON BRIDGE THURSDAY AFTERNOON
 Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been observed across the lower parts of the Moonie River catchment since Tuesday evening. This has resulted in river and creek level rises across the lower parts of the catchment, where minor flooding is occurring at Nindigully.
 The situation is being closely monitored and this warning will be updated as required.

Moonie River downstream of Flinton:
Moderate flooding is possible along the Moonie River downstream of Flinton.
The Moonie River at Nindigully is currently at 2.75 metres and rising, above the minor flood level (2.20 m).
The Moonie River at Nindigully may reach the moderate flood level (3.00 m) overnight Wednesday into Thursday.

The Moonie River at Thallon Bridge is currently at 3.29 metres and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Moonie River at Thallon Bridge may reach the minor flood level (4.00 m) from Thursday afternoon.
